You can Fix xfinity wifi connected but no internet access by:

1. Unplug the Power Source

When you face internet problem with Xfinity wifi go to the wifi router and unplug it's power source
After unplug power source to your router wait for an minute and plug in power source to router
Let it reboot and fix your problem and works without any internet problem
If its still not working after reset your router and  show the same problem now move on to second method

2. Restart your Gateway

Go to the site xfinity.com and click on the symbol wifi present at top on the page
It redirects you to Xfinity login page now login to your account by email/mobile number and password 
After sign in to your Xfinity account now click on wifi icon present at top of page
And now move to the down there you can see Restart your Gateway in troubleshoot section
Tap on restart and it will takes up to 10 minutes to complete and see your problem fixed

3. Restart your modem

You can restart modem through online by going to your account and then go to internet service 
Now scroll down where you can see devices,in that select restart modem and start troubleshoot 
This may takes upto 10minutes in most cases less than 10 minutes after troubleshoot your problem fixed

4. Distance

Distance is also the reason even you connected to wifi but nor internet speed
If you were far from the router and your router surrounded by many things and room walls 
They cause slow internet problem so try to get close to router and check 
If it solved then you have to know that you will only get Internet upto how much distance

5. Restart Devices 

You may also face this problem even your router has no problem 
But due to problem in devices you connected 
Once restart your device either mobile or tablet or pc and try again to connect
It will solve your WiFi connected but no internet connection in devices

6. Check WAN Internet Cable

Improper Connection with WAN Cable to router raised due to damaged of cable
Or not plugged properly may leads to this problem 
Check either your WAN cable inserted properly and it has no damage 
If you seen any above issue fix them to solve your problem

7. Virus 

Your internet connection speed may also reduced due to virus 
Scan for virus and deleted of any malicious or virus detected and reboot 

8. Contact service provider

After doing above all things and still you facing the problem contact your internet service provider they can help you and find where the issue was occuring and fix
