How To Fix PS5 Error NW-102308-4| Communication Error

So this is a error that usually happens because of your network settings so we're gonna go up to settings and we're going to click,click into Network in there playstation

The first thing I tell everyone to do is just make sure the view PlayStation Network status everything is actually good there nothing is technically down which could be causing an issue

Like, for example account management actually didn't know was down so this could be something that's kind of causing issues and it actually tells you which platforms knd of like be cause of that

Now obviously if you've already done this kind of good to go 

What you want to do to fix this error NW-102308-4 is you want to go to "Settings" and you want to "Set up internet connection" in there if you're connected via wired is going to be a little different is just going to go to your connected settings you can kind of just go from there

You can actively use Wi-Fi The first thing is you want to press options and you want to change the Wi-Fi frequency band from automatic to one of the other either 5 gigahertz or 2.4 you want to kind of check it out and see which one ever 

Whichever one is applicable for you and Take it from there now if obviously doing that doesn't help what you want to do then is Click into it and go to advanced settings in there what we're going to do is we're going to keep everything as is with the exception of DNS settings

We're going to change this one to be manually and we're going to change the Primary DNS to 1.1.1.1 and the Secondary to 1.0.0 Point form and then we're going to basically press OK and then let basically let the connection to access point and then test it out and then you should be good to go

You should be able to play our games should be able to log in and then you should basically good to go that's your kind alleviate any network issues or connection communication issues that you were possibly happening we got to go from them
