1. Modifying DNS Settings

1. First You have to click Windows and plus R for to open the Runescape window now type command Ncpa.CPL and press Enter.

3. In properties click on Internet Protocol Version 4 or Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4) and click for the Use
4. Click on below DNS URLs button.
5. Now change DNS settings Preferred DNS server to “8.8.8.8.8” to indicate and  Alternate DNS Server to 8.8.4.4
