It shows options like Paytm payment Bank,Paytm wallet and other UPI banks list that you have registered with Paytm bank along with Paytm postpaid.

Now select the Paytm postpaid and send money from Paytm Postpaid.

1. Update Paytm Business account 

Once check the Paytm business app is up-to-date if using the Paytm business app older version it may leads to issues that it won't accept the payments due to bugs in it.

2. Try Different Paytm Business Account 

Some Paytm business accounts are disabled by Paytm due to various reasons so you can't send money to that Paytm business account from Paytm Postpaid.

So check with other Paytm business account that you can send money through Paytm postpaid

3. Reinstall Paytm Business App

Due to some bugs Paytm business app won't work properly so you have to uninstall and reinstall Paytm Business account to fix this issue and you can able to send money from Paytm Postpaid

4. Contact Paytm Customer Care
