How to send money through Paytm postpaid

To send money through Paytm postpaid you have to scan any Paytm business account scanner.

After scanning the code you will show the options to pay through which account.

It shows options like Paytm payment Bank,Paytm wallet and other UPI banks list that you have registered with Paytm bank along with Paytm postpaid.

Now select the Paytm postpaid and send money from Paytm Postpaid.

You should note that you can send Paytm postpaid money only to Paytm business account different scanner other than Paytm wont work and it don't show the Paytm postpaid option.

If Paytm didn't show postpaid option you should check you are sending to Paytm business account or different one.

1. Update Paytm Business account 

Once check the Paytm business app is up-to-date if using the Paytm business app older version it may leads to issues that it won't accept the payments due to bugs in it.

So updating the Paytm business app can fix this issue and you can send money to Paytm business account from Paytm postpaid.

2. Try Different Paytm Business Account 

Some Paytm business accounts are disabled by Paytm due to various reasons so you can't send money to that Paytm business account from Paytm Postpaid.

So check with other Paytm business account that you can send money through Paytm postpaid

3. Reinstall Paytm Business App

Due to some bugs Paytm business app won't work properly so you have to uninstall and reinstall Paytm Business account to fix this issue and you can able to send money from Paytm Postpaid

4. Contact Paytm Customer Care

If you are still unable to send money through your Paytm postpaid then you have to contact customer care they can give you guidelines to fix this issue and you are good to go.
